The biggest difficulty encountered at work

When I joined the company, I didn't know the company's product models very well, and it was troublesome to find them, which greatly affected work efficiency. It took three months to learn a warehousing system created by Deda University, get to know the company's products, and improve work efficiency.

How to Persist in Working at Deda University

Doing this job well requires carefulness and patience. You must check the product name and specifications over and over again without making mistakes. Working in the warehouse all the time is inevitably boring, and the enthusiasm for work can be improved through continuous learning. I will learn motor assembly, knife arm assembly, wiring, etc. in my spare time. When the company is particularly busy, after I finish my work, I will take the initiative to help on-site to complete the company's production tasks.

How do you spend your spare time

Chat with friends when you are free, and go for a run when you are alone, so as to reduce the pressure of life and work and make yourself feel happy.
