2. Simple maintenance of knife arm

1. Prepare relevant disassembly and cleaning tools.

2. Safety ejector pin maintenance: remove the safety ejector pin cover, take out the safety ejector pin and safety ejector pin spring for cleaning.

3. Maintenance of the top claw: Remove the limit plate (the spring is in an elastic state at this time, you can push the top claw inward for better removal), take out the top claw, and clean the spring of the top claw.

4. Check the copper sleeve: Check whether the internal wiper ring and O-ring are damaged or abnormal.

5. Check the buckle claw: check whether the buckle claw and the positioning key are damaged or deformed.

After the above checks are completed, put them back in order

Need to pay attention to the following points!

1. The spring needs to be reassembled after applying proper butter.

2. When installing the top claw, pay attention to whether the scraper ring is curled or not. (easy to chip, moisture)

3. Press the hand to confirm whether the top claw and the safety top pin will not move smoothly.
